Hi, I’m Leila Elguennich!

I am a Central Florida based painter creating in the framework of multicultural identity. My paintings navigate the disconnection, longing, and joys that come with it. I utilize the visual languages of these different cultures through color, pattern, metaphor, as well as the figure to convey these self-investigations. I also create as an illustrator, focusing on figures and animals through paint and digital media.
